The Corporate Responsibility (CR) team is responsible for challenging and holding to the business to account in this regard and we are looking for a Global CR System and Data Analyst to lead the way.


Job Description


How will you make the difference?

You will play a central role in increasing the impact of our global CR programme and ensuring the business stays true to its purpose. By managing our impact reporting, you will elevate our social and environmental impact and demonstrate how we contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Reporting to our Global CR Lead, you will work closely with key stakeholders across all levels of the global business including local champions.

You will be the CR Global Systems Champion

This will include developing new reporting frameworks, systems, and processes to monitor and evaluate our progress against our new purpose, both internally and externally (aligned to best practice in ESG reporting).

As part of the role you will:

  • Critically evaluate impact data and provide recommendations for corrective action on a regional and global level,
  • Support global CR communications and engagement activities including our annual CR report publication, quarterly board reporting and internal / external campaigns,
  • Overseeing and delivering accurate reports, such as quarterly board reports and bid responses, and collaborating with IT to build custom data sets as per business requirements.

You are:

  • You have practical experience in evaluating purpose, corporate responsibility or environmental sustainability (experience within a professional services or construction company desirable).
  • A critical thinker, confident in compiling, interrogating, and analysing multiple data sets
  • IT proficient with systems knowledge and experience, environmental sustainability reporting experience ideal,
  • Capable of setting up new data systems and processes (preferably with experience of using Power BI or similar visualisation tool),
  • Strong project management capability,
  • A good communicator who builds strong relationships and engages a wide range of audiences with strong writing skills.

Qualifications
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience,
  • Experience in environmental sustainability particularly, ideally for a large and/or global professional services / construction company with an interest in all aspects of corporate responsibility,
  • Experience in greenhouse gas accounting is desirable.
