WHAT YOU’LL DO


The Global Staffing & Mobility Team is at the heart of many BCG key strategic transformations, enabling the company to execute its comprehensive people agenda and achieve key priorities including those associated with the realization of the new consultant and BST EVPs. To ensure the successful execution of our Team’s initiatives, we are looking for candidates who are passionate about People topics, business processes, and digital products. This role does require you to “roll up your sleeves” and play an active role to make change happen. The Global Staffing Lead brings Change Management knowledge and expertise and experience collaborating with different stakeholders as well as product delivery teams. You will work with fellow Staffing colleagues, and partner with our Global and Regional Staffing teams, broader global functions (e.g., IT, Finance, etc.), Specialty Businesses and Consulting staff worldwide to identify, leverage and contribute best practices and lessons learned. Basic job responsibilities include
  • Develop and deliver both tactical and strategic comms and change initiatives, aligned with the Team’s overall Change Management approach, and designed to support the adoption and use of the Staffing and More (SAM) digital staffing tool functionality and of best staffing practices among staffers and consulting staff
  • Develop and deliver Training & Enablement Approaches
  • Coach / train on SAM, both to staffers and consultants
  • Write, review, and send both tactical and strategic communications
  • Identify, baseline and track Change Management KPIs and metrics
  • Act as advisor to Product Owners to identify change impacts and advise on necessary mitigation steps
  • Deeply engage with product squad to understand roadmap
  • Proactively identify and clearly articulate upcoming change and marketing priorities to support the roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, leadership, cross-functional teams, designers, to facilitate change activities

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree and preferably an advanced degree
  • You will bring a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a professional services organization and/or heavily matrixed organization.
  • Helps to have experience working in a global environment, staffing experience, analytics, and operating in an Agile model
  • You feel comfortable working in a virtual environment and with a geographically distributed team
  • You can work autonomously and are very proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (Fluency in English writing and speaking)
  • Internal BCG candidate preferred
  • Experience building enablement & training content in WalkMe nice to have
