- Role includes automation of processes through ServiceNow workflows, implementation of new functionality to meet business requirements and support of existing ITIL implementation in a GxP environment
- Platform patching, upgrades, and new module releases
- Integration with core identity solutions, infrastructure and applications and configuration management systems.
- Contribute to meeting the departmental key performance indicators.
- Provide training to IT community as required.
- To follow relevant legal requirements and the Company Health & Safety Policy.
- To keep your work area tidy and free from hazards.
- Report and address any safety defects.
- Strong administration and development experience of a ServiceNow platform across all ITIL components
- Experience of development and administration of Service Desk and Change Management solutions in a GxP environment
- Excellent knowledge of best practice for service delivery solutions
- Excellent judgement and strong analytical skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple, parallel tasks and projects.
- Be prepared to travel and work unsociable hours.
- Provide out of hours support.
- Provide coverage for National Holidays.
- Ideally hold a driving licence, but this is not essential
