Gas Team Leader Northallerton £39,711 per annum + Company Vehicle and Excellent Benefits The vacancy Our client provides a comprehensive range of services to over 6000 homes in North Yorkshire, a number that continues to grow with the delivery of their ambitious development strategy, supporting their vision to become the best rural housing provider in the country. The role They are currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Gas Team Leader to manage the day to day running of their Heating Team. You will supervise general gas and plumbing repairs and ensure the work is compliant with gas, oil, LPG, HVAC, legionella, renewable technology and solid fuel regulations. You will carry out relevant inspections at our properties and will oversee gas servicing, boiler installations, air source heat pump installations and other gas & plumbing repairs & maintenance programmes. What do you need to have? * Supervisory experience working in the housing repair / maintenance sector. * Experience of undertaking quality assurance audits * Understanding of gas regulations * Hold current ACS qualifications * Knowledge of construction methods. * Manage maintenance activities & improvements works from instructions, technical drawings and plans * Experience of dealing with the public * Driving licence and access to a vehicle Their benefits: They offer competitive pay rates, excellent pension schemes.
