Job Title: Fundraising Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Based at the Advance Head Office in Hammersmith with potential travel to other Advance locations as required.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hour per week

The Role

In this expansion role for Advance, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development and Insights and Service Directors, to facilitate financial resilience, ensuring sustainability and growth. You will develop and deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy, alongside our Statutory Fundraising Manager, which will incorporate a range of funding sources. You will have significant trusts and foundations, corporate and individual giving experience partnered with a record of successful funder partnership management and income generation, and a solid understanding of fundraising regulation and best practice.
The role will be focused on both existing and new business, which includes managing a pipeline of existing and new opportunities for the organisation’s service portfolio. You will develop proposals and bids with the aim of producing high quality and innovative tender submissions.
To be successful in this role you will be dynamic, an exceptional relationship builder and communicator and confident presenter. As an advocate for Advance, you will have the innate ability to bring potential funders on a journey to understand the importance of specialist women services and integrated community based projects.

In Short, You Will Bring

A proven track record of creating and managing successful fundraising programmes, delivering income targets between £100k and £5 million from trusts, foundations, corporate funders or other similar partnerships.
Recent experience of delivering innovative ideas and contributing to the development and delivery of strategic plans.
Experience of writing bids and management reporting.
Record of maximising opportunities from researching prospects to generating meetings and securing income to achieve income targets.
