As a Front of House Team Member,you will be the face of the Patisserie Valerie brand providing a polite and efficient service at all times.

The Role

Make every visit a special occasion for all customers
Have knowledge of all menu products provided to all customers – including taste and quality of products
To provide a clean and efficient service to all customers and to listen and communicate effectively with them
Always aiming for high consistent standards
Seek knowledge and understands the current promotions and sales targets
Be passionate about the Patisserie Valerie brand
