As a Shift Leader you will run each shift with the high expectations your General Manager would require with the confidence to inspire your team.

Ability to thrive under pressure
Be the company ambassador when the General Manager and Front of House Manager are away from the store
Motivate the team when you are in charge to ensure the best results for the shift
Have knowledge of all products and services provided to all customers
Treat every customer as a valued friend and leave them wanting more
