Full Time - Mobile Front of House Support Team Member

  • 40 hours Monday to Friday - Shift times between 06:00 - 19:00
  • Location - Bristol
  • Salary - £24,000.00
  • Full UK Clean Driving License and use of own car is essential
  • Full uniform will be provided
  • All travel outside of your local commute will be expensed

Job Overview

  • To ensure that the highest level of Front of House services are delivered consistently to the client and their guests.
  • To provide sickness and holiday cover to the front of house teams across a variety of sites. Site locations Include in around Bristol.

Please note, Rota’s will be planned one week in advance so you will know which location you are at the week before.

Main Duties

  • To meet & greet all visitors (internal and external) in a professional and friendly manner
  • To ensure that all external guests are attended to and directed to the appropriate area of the building to be met by their host(s)
  • To advise the hosts as soon as guests arrive
  • To keep the Reception desks and areas tidy at all times.
  • To undertake all reasonable requests from the Team Leader/Supervisor, Account Manager or Client.
  • Be proactive and use initiative to deal effectively with any requests.
  • To book conference rooms and liaise with Catering / IT / Facilities when necessary.
  • To check the meeting rooms are clear and ready for the next meeting.
  • Organise refreshments & set up meeting rooms as and when required.
  • To provide administrative support as and when necessary.
  • To answer the telephone promptly and politely within 5 seconds.
  • To direct the calls and pass on any relevant information.
  • To escalate any concerns regarding the service or area to the relevant manager.
  • To maintain and practise a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
  • To attend both on-site and external training courses as and when necessary
  • Assist with all aspects of Mail Room duties as required.
  • To undertake any reasonable request from the FOH Operations Manager, Reception Supervisor and/or client.
  • To manage the onsite AV/IT equipment and support the Client with any AV/IT issues
  • Switchboard - Telephone experience is preferable

  • Confidently able to manage emergency situations and make decisions as required.
  • Strong team player with a commitment to support their colleagues.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptionally organised and skilled in multi-tasking.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge and competent in the use of Microsoft Office software
  • An understanding of Audio Visual and IT systems and the ability to explain this accurately to customers
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail)
  • To be able to move heavy / bulky items
  • A clear understanding of Health & Safety practices
  • Customer focused with the ability to build positive relationships
  • Enthusiastic and conscientious approach to all tasks
  • Clear, strong and confident communication skills
  • Team player with a “can do” attitude
  • SIA Licenced (preferable)
