Receptionist - French Speaking

£30,000 - £35,000 plus an excellent benefits packages including a generous bonus and in-house gym

Piccadilly Circus, Central London

Based in the heart of London is a boutique finance house with a successful portfolio of clients. They are highly regarded in the industry and are seeking a receptionist to be the face of the company and provide a 5* service to both external and internal stakeholders. You will be based in stunning offices, close to lots of cafés and restaurants.

This is an extremely busy receptionist role and the client is looking for a well organised, immaculately presented and professional candidate, ideally with fluent French.

Receptionist duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors
  • Scheduling meetings and travel for executives
  • Liaising with global offices to arrange meetings and events
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls
  • Organising deliveries
  • Ordering front office supplies and keeping inventory of stock
  • Assisting with event planning, booking lunches and dinners
  • Some PA and HR administration support to the Directors

Are you the ideal receptionist?

You will have previous reception and front of house experience. If you’ve worked as recabin crew or worked in corporate hospitality, this could be a great role for you. French language is a huge advantage for this role as you will be liaising with executives in their Paris office.

The ideal candidate will be highly professional, extremely well presented, very organised, diplomatic, bubbly and confident. You will have the opportunity to take on projects, work closely with Directors and work alongside a fantastic and extremely successful team.

This role is a full time permanent receptionist position based in the office 5 days a week.
