Food Service Team Assistant – Harrogate Grammar School (HGS)
Permanent, Part Time contract working 26.25 hours a week.

Great working hours - Monday – Friday (09.15 – 2.45 with 15 minute break) on a term-time only basis (plus training days).

Set in the beautiful Yorkshire spa town of Harrogate, HGS is a stunning school with exceptional students and staff teams with an award-winning catering team which we are most proud of.

The team deliver exceptional catering facilities to all our students, staff, visitors and various hospitality events throughout the academic year. The school and Trust deliver external hire of our superb school facilities and catering forms a fundamental part of this service.

At HGS, the team deliver a truly diverse menu and service across our many facilities including daily ranges of “Best of British”, “Taste of the Med”, “Jet Setters” and a comprehensive selection in our Sixth Form “G2” and The Hub venues. The team have been recognised by winning a prestigious award by the Lead Association for Catering in Education (LACA). LACA are the trade body for school catering, and it is a real honour for our team to be recognised in this way. The award was achieved in a competitive field including nominations from primary and secondary schools across the country.
