35 hours per week

Salary:£9,646.00 per annum in the first year then increased to relevant NMW

As our Apprentice General Teaching Assistant in Early Years, you will;

  • have empathy and understanding for children under 5, a calm and caring nature and an interest in early years education
  • have the ability to work well in a team and an enthusiasm and willingness to support a variety of learning needs
  • have an understanding of the emotional needs of children and how to communicate effectively
  • understand the importance of providing a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
  • be able to develop partnerships with parents/carers and positively influence our children’s Early Years school experience
  • open to taking responsibility for developing your learning and willing to contribute to our School ethos ‘Everyone Successful Everyday’
