You will be leading the Food & Beverage team alongside the F&B manager, coaching, nurturing, and developing the team to deliver fantastic service to our visitors.

The Hours: 1950 hrs per year (working 37.5 hours per week), 5 over 7 days as we are a seven day week business, the average shift is 9.30am –5.30pm however there will also be 10am-6pm shifts depending on the needs of the business There are no split shifts and evenings as we are predominately a day business, includes weekends.

This role is what we refer to as annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

What you’ll be doing:You will work with our Food & Beverage Manager to manage our entire Food & Beverage operation. You will always consider how we can do it better, more efficiently, and how we can deliver an even tastier result for our visitors.

As an Assistant Manager you will support the team to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

Using your excellent attention to detail, you will ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.

You will also support from a financial aspect to ensure stock & waste is managed and seek opportunities to increase income.

You will receive a bespoke induction along with allergen/food safety training. Further professional training & development opportunities are available
