B.T.M has exciting opportunities for a number of forklift drivers to join our successful operation team in Rugby.

Responsible for:

  • Operating forklifts for the daily tasks including receiving inbound goods
  • operating counterbalance reach and pallet trucks
  • Loading/unloading stock
  • Picking of items and compiling orders
  • Receiving of stock and placing into locations
  • Inspecting of returned items
  • Packaging of large/bulk orders
  • Dispatching of orders
  • Checking stock against paperwork
  • Other jobs required by the management

The Warehouse Operative will have the following:

  • Strong & Fitness (heavy manual handling involved)
  • Fluent English (Essential)*
  • Good IT skills including Mircosoft Office
  • Energy and enthusiasm
  • Effective communication skills
  • The ability to work as a team player
  • Strong Accuracy and Numeracy skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent timekeeping
  • FLT license preferred but not essential(training will be provided if needed)

The successful candidate will be working Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 18:00 with overtime options available. Full inductions and training will be provided for all areas of work.
