What you will be doing

The Financial Reporting Manager will lead the College’s financial reporting, management accounting, financial planning and budgeting processes.

  • Closely supporting the Head of Finance with the preparation of the 3 year finance plan and the completion of any related Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) documentation
  • Control and maintenance of efficient and effective internal control framework including Financial Regulations, payroll, policies and procedures
  • Lead for anti-fraud and anti-bribery controls
  • Lead for financial transactional processing
  • Responsible for Treasury management affairs
  • Ensuring successful completion of both internal and external financial audit
  • Assisting the Head of Finance in preparation of financial modelling to support ad-hoc projects for external funding and capital applications
