Financial Planning Administrator
Pertemps are delighted to bring to market an exciting opportunity based in Edinburgh City Centre. We are working with an Independent Accountancy Practice who are looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their team.
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you’ll become a key part of the team, working closely with financial advisors to offer support.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to both Advisors and Paraplanners, ensuring back-office systems, and documents are accurate and up to date.
Act as a point of contact for clients, communicating relevant information and answering enquiries.
Produce and review financial planning documents, ensuring these are compliant.
Build and maintain strong relationships with fellow colleagues, advisors, and clients.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience working within a financial services environment.
Excellent organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multi-task,
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to confidently communicate with clients and colleagues.
