Are you a Financial Manager or similar looking to step up into an autonomous, managerial position within a well-established company, with locations all over the UK, offering company discounts and a range of benefits?

Within this role, you will oversee a team of 4 accounts assistants managing VAT returns, client and company accounts, cash control, payroll, and forecasting. You will also oversee training and management of the team members below you, to ensure company standards and financial accounts are kept up to standard.

This role will suit a Financial Manager who is looking to take the next step in their relationship, into a managerial position offering meals on duty, 50% discount across all locations on accommodation and food, as well as salary reviews and company bonuses.

THE ROLE:

  • Cash Control, Financial advice, payroll, VAT returns
  • Oversee a team of 4 accounts assistants
  • 9 am -5:30pm - Flexitime 8 am -4:30pm

THE PERSON:

  • Finance Manager

  • Commutable to Torquay
