Financial Controller /Finance Director Designateto £75,000 + 10-20% Bonus + BenefitsCheadle / Hybrid & Flexible working timesThis role is perfectly suited to a seasoned and qualified Financial Controller with at least 3 years PQE, who has the energy and desire to become the Finance Director / CFO of this fast-paced PE backed FMCG business within just 3 years and be rewarded with an impressive salary to reflect this promotion.Currently trading at around £30 million, a doubling of this is well within sight and the new Financial Controller will have the opportunity to really ‘grab hold’ of this newly created role and make it their own, introducing new methods of working and suggesting continuous improvements.The current Finance Director has a wealth of experience, is super supportive and will be as ‘hands-on’ or as ‘hands-off’ as the new Financial Controller desires. As a Finance Director he is down to earth, with a relaxed and flexible approach to working in 2022 and the team of 5 is well-established, proactive and keen to learn new things.While you will have the say in what your role involves, the main areas of responsibility will include all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, tax, controls, continuous improvement and team management.
