Radley Green is partnering with a high-growth group of businesses based in North London who are looking for a Financial Controller for their growing team.

This newly created position will report directly into the two founders and will managed a team of 5, take ownership of all financial and management reporting along with statutory accounts and manage the project to bring all accounting processes and systems in-house.

This is a fantastic position that can offer huge opportunities for growth and the successful candidate will be instrumental in the development of the finance function across the group of companies. This position will pay £55k to £62k plus guaranteed bonus of 10% plus medical and car allowance.

Candidates must be able to commute to Enfield and parking is available.

An overview of the role is;

  • Report directly to founders and manage and develop finance functions across 3 businesses
  • Own the project to bring all finance systems and processes in-house
  • Deliver high-quality financial and management information to senior stakeholders
  • Develop all financial controls and processes
  • Own all financial and statutory accounting including being main point of contact for annual audit
  • Develop monthly cash-flow forecasting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Develop all financial systems – currently using Xero and Sage

The successful candidate must be / have:

  • Qualified Accountant with a background in developing finance systems and processes
  • Previous experience producing statutory accounts and developing financial controls
  • Previous experience in developing management information
  • Previous experience working with senior stakeholders and managing a small team
