CMA Recruitment Group is currently working exclusively with a very commercial business based in Poole, Dorset, who have the requirement to recruit a high calibre Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced business with a great culture offering strong progression opportunities and a real social side to work. This role is best suited to a newly qualified candidate looking from their first move out of a top tier accountancy practice.

What will the Management Accountant role involve?
  • Full management accounts preparation;
  • Support with year-end processes including liaison with external auditors;
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, accruals & prepayments;
  • Analytical work around profit margins & ROI;
  • Additional ad hoc project work where relevant.
Suitable Candidate
  • To be considered for this position you will be ACA or ACCA qualified;
  • Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is essential, ideally within a top 10 accountancy practice;
  • Strong technical reporting knowledge;
  • Motivated and driven to progress.
