Finance Manager – Goole – £45,000 - £48,000 & Bonus

Chase & Holland are proud to be partnering this highly entrepreneurial, successful, privately owned business to recruit a Finance Manager. Over the last few years they have seen massive growth and have a management team focused to drive revenue and profit. The Finance Manager plays a key role in the finance team and wider business. You will drive ongoing projects and initiatives helping the business to reach its long-term goals.

As Finance Manager Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Manage, motivate and develop a small finance team
  • Oversee the production of weekly and monthly accounts, including detailed variance analysis and commentary
  • Prepare, summarise financial data and MI reporting, partnering operational managers to bring the numbers to life
  • Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting, driving ownership from budget holders
  • Support yearend and audit process
  • Lead process and systems improvements and initiatives
  • Support business critical projects
The ideal candidate:
  • Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) candidate with strong management accounting experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of managing a small team
  • Strong IT literacy including excel and ERP Systems
  • Flexible and can do approach to your work, as well as strong business partnering skills and commercial acumen
  • Drive to make continuous improvements
