CMA Recruitment Group has partnered with a market leading group of companies based on the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire, to recruit a technically strong Finance Manager. This role will form a key part of the long-term development and succession plan within the function.

What will the role involve?
  • To manage and motivate a team of 5-6;
  • Oversee and ensure statutory accounts are completed and filed on time;
  • Manage capital expenditure and associated reporting;
  • Ensure that the short and longer term cash flow forecasting is efficient and accurate;
  • Review longer term integrated model covering P&L, balance sheet and cash flow;
  • Ensure accurate VAT returns are submitted and settled on time;
  • To advise the company on the impact of changes to accounting and fiscal regulations;
  • External audit liaison.
What will you need?
  • Full qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
  • A comprehensive technical grounding gained within a mid-large sized practice, or within industry;
  • People management or supervisory experience;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner with executive level stakeholders.
