Job Description

The role holder will act as the Finance co-ordinator for projects across the business, providing input from across the wider Finance team and being the “voice” for SMEs in each Finance area and providing dedicated resource and capacity to deliver on change initiatives. This role is crucial for the delivery of the finance transformation road map,.

In addition to Group-wide change initiatives, the role would support a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team, identifying and facilitating improvements in processes and outcomes.
  • Ability to influence other and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Own and improve the communication strategy of the finance change team
  • Coordinate, monitor and oversee communications, change calendars and timelines
  • Previous experience in communicating and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to lead/motivate teams/stakeholders in a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively with IT SMEs to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Good presentation skills; ability to speak effectively in large or small meetings, often virtually
