Telesales ExecutiveSalary: £21,000 per annum, plus OTE £6,000 + benefits
Part Time or Full Time hours considered.
Must be able to work until 8pm Monday to Friday

I have a requirement for a number of Telesales Executives to join our Commercial sales team.
Working as part of the Commercial Sales team, the Telesales Executive will be responsible for making proactive outbound calls to identify New Business prospects and create set appointments for the Sales Team both via phone and face to face.
The Telesales Executive will also contact our existing customer base to drive new lending requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- To create new opportunities through outbound cold calling, passing qualified opportunities to Sales
- Create sales opportunities through outbound calls with commercial customers to establish the nature of their business, growth plans & future finance needs
- Have an understanding of commercial products and underwriting criteria, to only refer customers that meet the requirements as prescribed within the lending policy
- Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve their goals
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met
- Work in collaboration with the wider Sales Team
Experience
- Background in outbound telephone sales
- Successful track record in generating new leads from cold calling
- Creating appointments for Sales both over the phone and face to face
- Proven track record of customer service orientation and rapport building skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Full use of Microsoft suite of products
- Experience of working in Financial Services
- Experience dealing with Commercial/ Business customers
