We’re seeking a proactive and organised Finance Business Support Administrator to join our busy team at our Head Office in Ripon.

This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

About the role
  • Responding to queries of invoices and reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Ownership of supplier accounts and credit control duties
  • Resolving queries and disputes and processing credit notes
  • Working as part of a team to make sure all internal processes are adhered to
  • Working as part of a team within targets and SLA’s
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external

About you
  • Experience gained by any credit control, managing a ledger, chasing payments or in cash collection ideally within a high-volume environment would be desirable. However, this is not essential as full training will be provided
  • Any experience in Sales administration experience in processing orders orders and liaising with suppliers would be welcomed
  • Strong communication skills to be able to liaise with internal colleagues and customers is essential
  • Highly organised and able to manage a high volume of workload in a fast paced environment
  • Confident talking on the phone and under pressure
  • Proactive, Enthusiastic individual and able to build strong working relationships
  • A good level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is also desirable
