An exciting opportunity has arisen at Wolseley UK for a CRM and Insight Assistant. You will be responsible for delivering the ‘Always on’ CRM marketing campaigns, customer insight data capture and the transition to customer journey automation.


About the role

  • Own and report on email KPIs including open, click-through and unsubscribe rates.
  • Deliver the CRM contact strategy against monthly targets
  • Develop the A/B test plan including subject line, frequency, time-of-day and content testing; identify and optimise based on robust results
  • Build and schedule emails in Adestra
  • Manage a multi-agency process to assist with campaign creative and data
  • Identify ways to improve creative, delivery and reporting processes
  • Create engaging reports and communicate insight to internal stakeholders
  • Manage the content library and brief in new channel-optimised content
  • Manage the data feeds with the CRM agency/teams to facilitate the automated and targeted onboarding, retention and win back campaigns
  • Implement tactical direct marketing campaigns
  • Manage the CRM and opt-in database cleansing and routine updates
  • Manage collection of high-quality data from customer touchpoints to create targeted, relevant and timely comms
  • Support Insight by providing closed loop reporting on NPS


About you

  • Previous experience in CRM/email marketing or similar role
  • Outstanding copy writing and copy-editing capabilities
  • Proven project/campaign management experience
  • Working knowledge of CRM, display advertising, email and SMS delivery platforms
  • Experience with reporting to feedback and visualising best performing content and templates
  • Working knowledge of HTML & Adestra is desirable
