Panache Travel Group is seeking a Finance Assistantfor our Chorley location.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Purchase ledger management, including processing all purchase invoices.
  • Sales ledger management, including raising invoices and credit control
  • Consolidation of credit card receipts & statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Assisting with month end management accounts.
  • Supporting the Head of Finance with various analysis & reports.
  • Assisting with the ownership of multiple databases ensuring the information is complete & correct.
  • Providing support to the wider business when required.

Must have skills:

  • Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for finance, travel and cruise industry
  • Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • A solid understanding of basic mathematics
  • Innovative and creative
  • A flexible individual who can work in a small team
