About us

Panache Cruises is a fast-growing company with lots of career progression opportunities. We are relatively young at just 3 years old, however our leadership team have the combined experience of over 100 years.

The Apprentice Finance Assistant will be given real role-related work experience in financial accounting and financial reporting, supported by the Head of Finance, and the opportunity to work towards a nationally recognised accounting qualification.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the purchase ledger function, including processing all purchase invoices.
  • Consolidation of credit card receipts & statements.
  • Bank Reconciliations.
  • Supporting the Head of Finance with various analysis & reports.
  • Assisting with the ownership of multiple databases ensuring the information is complete & correct.
  • Providing support to the wider business when required.

Must have skills:

  • Enthusiastic individuals with a passion for finance, travel and cruise industry
  • Positive approach to problem solving with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A natural communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • A solid understanding of basic mathematics
  • Innovative and creative
  • A flexible individual who can work in a small team

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: From £6.00 per hour
