Salary:£25,000 - £26,000

Hours:Monday to Friday, 40 hours

Inspired Pet Nutrition have a great opening for a talented Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Thirsk.This role would be a fantastic opportunity for you to continue your career in accounting and develop within a fantastic, growing business.

IPN are an award winning and long established FMCG pet food manufacturer with market leading brands including Wagg and Harringtons. We are based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire with history dating back to 1923.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the accounts inbox
  • Entering sales receipts
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Outstanding Debtors Report/Credit Control including credit limit reviews
  • Main Customer point of contact for debt chasing and customer statements
  • Ensuring customer ledgers are up to date
  • Assisting with Factoring Facility reporting
  • Processing Customer Support Invoices and liaising with account managers
  • Month-end support with queries
  • Year-end support with audit queries/samples
