Who is Intouch Communications?

Intouch is a currently small (16 staff) but fast growing telecoms company based in the South of the UK. You will be one of only two Field Sales staff currently in our team so we will invest a lot of time and energy to ensure you have everything you need to make the most out of your career with us. As we are currently small but growing quite quickly there will also be plenty of opportunities to move into other areas such as managing your own sales team if of interest further down the line.

Who are we looking for?

Intouch is looking for a Field Sales Executive for our growing Aldershot based team. We are currently seeking high-energy candidates with a sales mentality, who embrace their role in driving new pipeline for Intouch.

Requirements

  • Some experience in business development, lead generation, recruiting or inside sales
  • Resourceful in finding, building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers and leaders
  • Understanding of a variety of strategies for sales, including email, phone calls, social selling, research, account mapping, etc
  • Strong organisational skills a must, with exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative thinking combined with persistence and perseverance

What will you be doing?

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads from our Telesales team into opportunities across different verticals and using a variety of communication techniques. The sales process will either be completed within the office on Teams or at the customer site. In this role, you have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders at SME’s and major brands who are responsible for improving communications and business efficiency; by introducing them to a variety of solutions, you will be making a huge impact on how these companies work.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed a quota of sales opportunities
  • Utilising our database of leads
  • Reaching out to business owners using multiple platforms
  • Building relationships with key decision makers
  • Convert leads and secure introductory meetings with key decision makers
  • Work within Pipedrive to track key activities and update account information
  • Partner closely with sales management and marketing to refine and deliver messages
  • Whilst training you will also need to work within the Telesales team so you have a thorough understanding of the appointment process. During any quiet periods you will also be expected to assist the Telesales team in producing appointments.
