Our multi-award-winning client specialises in delivering and maintain intelligent video solutions and services to the global marketplace are looking to recruit a Field Audio Visual Engineer (Vehicle will be provided). Being part of the Audio Visual field Technical team, you will be responsible for implementing support across a portfolio of clients within the Home Counties.

Duties To Include
  • Proactive and reactive maintenance and support of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing installations for our client base in the UK.
  • Fault finding and resolution of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing problems in time-sensitive, high-pressure situations with our clients.
  • Assisting the Installation Team with new installations of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions for customers between reactive service calls.
  • Accurate completion of field service records and paperwork for customer service visits, to be returned in a timely fashion.
  • Proactively building close working relationships with a customer portfolio.
  • Identifying further sales opportunities with existing customers and ensure these opportunities are recorded and delivered to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Ensure clear communication with the service team and other appropriate internal teams regarding all customer requirements.
  • Commissioning of Installations to provide quality assurance.

What My Client Is Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years experience, installing and supporting Audio Visual and Video Conferencing solutions.
  • Experience in Crestron systems (programming not necessary), Exterity IPTV, Extron, Cisco codecs, Biamp/QSC.
  • The successful applicant will be a highly motivated and disciplined individual.
  • You must be a Team player; willing to go the extra mile and collaborate effectively with your colleagues to assist with resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
