We have a wonderful opportunity for a female who is passionate about supporting women.

Sunrise works with the disadvantaged black and minority ethnic groups (BAME) providing support and education to encourage integration and achievement so that families can build better futures for themselves and their children.

Sunrise Multicultural Project wants to address cultural issues affecting families’ parenting abilities and their inclusion and integration into the wider community in Banbury, building links with schools in particular.

It is a part-time post; 20 hours a week. The initial contract is to March 2023. Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 pro rata (dependant on experience). Some weekend and evening work may be needed.

We are ideally looking for a female with experience of working with BAME families, has their own transport and fluency in either Urdu/Punjabi/Hindi or Mirpuri.
