Learning & Development Apprenticeship

Are you looking to start an Apprenticeship and gain a Level 3 Learning & Development qualification?

Bakkavor is the worlds leading fresh food manufacturer and as such our Talent function is a hive of activity, and we are looking for a Learning & Development Practitioner to join the team in NW10.

This is a dynamic role where you get to learn about the business by getting involved in different activities such as how Talent operates and supports the business and delivery Learning interventions for different functions.

This programme will set you up to succeed and build a rewarding future at Bakkavor. With a real job from day one, you’ll make a genuine contribution to the businesses delivery alongside the opportunity to further your education by gaining Level 3 Learning & Development qualification as part of a global company. By the end of your Apprenticeship, you’ll have enhanced your Business knowledge and skills to establish a foundation for your rewarding career within Bakkavor.

We’re looking for determined and innovative candidates who have confidence and/or experience in delivering presentations and stakeholder management. A real ’can do’ approach is a must, with a genuine interest in developing a career in the food and drink industry. Being part of a fast-moving team like ours can be demanding and challenging but the rewards will be huge.
