An opportunity has become available for an individual, to apply for this post for Tayside and North East Fife.

TheFamily Support and Bereavement Practitioner role will involve influencing and developing practices to support families of Tayside and Northeast Fife.

You should be committed to providing high standards of care and support, making objective decisions on the assessment for each individual family.

The post holder must be able to demonstrate effective management skills as well as interpersonal skills and communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

The post holder will be required to travel to clinics in Dundee, Angus and Perth & Kinross.

Fixed Term/Secondment – 23 Months

12 Hours per week.
