A highly reputable firm with long established offices in Hampshire and Surrey seek a family solicitor for their resolution affiliated family department.

The firm offer legal services across the board to the affluent areas which they service and this in turn generates referrals for the family department with clients prepared to spend money to solve their problems.

Here they have always employed experienced lawyers to ensure their clients receive a first class experience comparable with the larger regional firms in the area and as such they are able to charge competitively for their services.

Within the family department you will inherit and manage a caseload consisting moderate to HNW financial remedies and the child arrangements associated with them. Alongside this you can expect to receive referrals relating to Pre and Post Nups, Co-Habitation agreements.

This role will appeal to an ambitious family lawyer looking to build a successful practice, with the full support of a traditional yet modern law firm behind them.

To be successful you will:-

  • Have upwards of 3 years PQE gained in Family law
  • Be confident to inherit a caseload of family cases
  • Relish the challenge of building your practice
  • Be a team payer and work well with your colleagues
