Facilities Manager -

The FMC Network are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Facilities Manager to join our clients team. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are safe, operational, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
    To manage and develop the provision of the Facilities Management services including cleaning, caretaking, grounds maintenance, security and maintenance to meet the operational requirements of the site.
    Create and manage annual budgets for facilities-related expenses, including vendor services, maintenance and repairs, and capital improvements.
    Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all facilities.
    Supervise facility staff and outside contractors, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard.
    Maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring that service levels are met.
    Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations.
    Develop and implement emergency plans and procedures to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
    Coordinate facility upgrades and renovations.
