The role of the Facilities Administrator is to facilitate and support the operation and maintenance of the EMEA Head Quarters and other Future UK locations to provide first class cover to the Reception and Post room functions as and when required, to ensure the smooth operation of all functions within the Facilities Department.
Duties will include:
supporting the Facilities Manager regarding all team activities including, but not limited to,
Technical support, administration, reception, Health & Safety security and post room.
Processing invoices and purchase orders with a high level of accuracy, monitoring and
reporting facilities expenditure
Reconciling all invoices and purchase orders on a daily basis to ensure that all charges
are correct
Liaising with existing supplier base to fulfil facilities requests from Future UK employees
Supporting the Facilities Manager in the implementation of policies and procedures for all
office related services
Dealing with all other support services on a daily basis e.g. vending, printing and
stationery requests etc.
Work with the Quality Department to ensure that the waste management is controlled
effectively in conjunction with internal policies and procedures.
Supporting the reporting of Environmental and Utility statistics to the Facilities Manager
whilst promoting Environmental initiatives throughout Future Electronics UK to strive for
continual improvement.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and actively display the qualities of a team player, possess a sense of urgency and actions requests in a timely manner, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Switchboard experience is beneficial alongside reception or similar duties experience
