£60,000 - £65,000 is on offer for a Facilities Account Manager managing 2 High Profile sites (London & Berkshire). As a Facilities Account Manager you will be joining a rapidly growing FM Company who is shaking up the FM sector with their unique approach.

Responsibilities / Criteria:

  • Responsible for budgets, compliance and operational duties.
  • Qualified to a recognised Building Services discipline, Apprenticeship/City and Guilds or higher in an engineering discipline.
  • Experience in computerised PPM schedules and Computer Aided Facilities Management systems.
  • Above average knowledge and experience of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality systems
  • Excellent knowledge of statutory compliance and current legislation, regulations, and standards
  • Excellent leadership and motivational people management skills
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and forward plan.
  • Good commercial and financial acumen and clear and concise oral and written communication skills
  • Hard Services/Technical services delivery experience
  • A minimum of IOSH Managing Safely qualified or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of FM service delivery across all services lines
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
