Job Title: Blown Film Extrusion Operator (Number 4)

Location: Leeds, LS9

Shift Pattern: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off (7:00 - 7:00)

Starting Pay: £11 per hour (with potential to increase up to £14 per hour)

Position Overview:As a Blown Film Extrusion Operator (Number 4), you will be a vital part of our client’s production team. Your role will involve operating and overseeing Blown Film Extrusion Machine to ensure top-quality film production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently operate Blown Film Extrusion Machine.
  • Monitor and maintain the production process to uphold product quality.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing is required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and awareness.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work a 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off shift pattern.

Compensation:

  • Starting pay: £11 per hour
  • Pay increase potential: Pay will be reviewed as you progress through training, with the opportunity to earn up to £14 per hour based on performance and experience.
