Due to company expansion, new investments and success we are seeking a skilled and experienced Production / Quality Assistant to carry out various tasks in our busy warehouse.

Details

Permanent role (subject to a six-month probation)

Full time Mon – Friday

Duties will include but not limited to

• Operating machinery

• Storing goods and materials properly in our warehouse

• Signing off quality and testing checks prior to dispatch

• Completion of all appropriate documentation

• Pack goods to be shipped

• Dispatch goods, via carriers

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

Requirements

• Our ideal candidate will have previously held a quality or stock control position with proven experience

working within a busy warehouse environment.

• Proactive attitude to solving faults/problems

• Proactive attitude to help create more efficient ways to current solutions in place

• Good communication skills to liase with other departments

• Attention to detail necessary to consistently maintain quality standards

• Willingness to flex into other job roles from time-to-time as production demands dictate

• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

• Full clean driving licence

• Forklift licence would be preferable although not essential
