Experienced Residential Branch Valuer

Our clients are an exceptionally well known and respected independent estate agency firm. Due to their continued success, and ever increasing market share they are looking to recruit an experienced, and self sufficient, EXPERIENCED Valuer for their busy office in Worksop.

This is an opportunity that offers massive potential for future development and progression, and as such would suit an individual who is looking for a role with long term potential.

The ideal candidate, will have at least 4 years estate experience and be used to working to targets. The role will involve valuing property of all price ranges, and so valuation experience is essential !!

Whilst you will be reporting to the board, you will have a high degree of autonomy and be expected to go out to progress and win the business.

Previous sales negotiation experience along with sales progression and knowledge of the house selling process will be expected.

The company are offering a competitive basic salary, as well as commission package and there is massive potential for career development.
