As part of the Micro Focus Identify, Access and Management (IAM) CyberRes Security Consulting Practice, you will deliver IAS projects to enterprise clients in United Kingdom and Ireland. We require an individual with excellent communication skills combined with a very good understanding of IT infrastructure and security projects. Project scoping, planning and estimating effort are required skills as are supporting sales, presales and partners in proposal situation.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of Identity and Access Management, Access Governance and IT-security domain expertise and knowledge of Micro Focus IAS solutions to customers and partners
• Requirements gathering, designing, implementation and testing of enterprise level IAM solutions and providing professional quality concepts and documentation to customers
• Depending on project size, project management and technical responsibility all project phases from analysis to roll-out, lead technical engagements and small teams, working with both internal and customer’s management and delivery teams
• Work with sales, presales and partners to identify, initiate and qualify new opportunities. Supports sales, presales and partners in opportunities (bid presentations, Request for Proposals, Proof of Concepts)
• Work directly with early adopter customers to ensure successful implementations for new technologies
• Communicate complex, enterprise class, technical solutions to both a technical and business audience in group and individual settings
• Be able to articulate and present the business and technical value of Micro Focus Identity, Access and Security solutions to clients and partners
  

Desired Experience

• A senior level IT-Consultant with strong design and implementation skills in one or more of the following solutions:
• Identity Manager 4.5
• Access Manager
• Access Governance Suite
• Sentinel
• Creditable subject matter expert in technologies above
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• 5+ years of experience in IT industry. 3-5 years of consulting design and implementation experience in Identity and Access Management technologies
• A bachelor degree or related degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) is required
• Strong track record in driving projects to a successful conclusion (customer satisfaction, scope, budget and financial)
• Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  

Desired Technical And Non-Technical Skills/Competencies

• Experience with IAM tools from Oracle, Aveksa, SailPoint, Dell, CA, Microsoft, IBM or others would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of the following technologies will also be considered advantageous
• Identity & Access Governance
• Web Access Management
• Security Management, Security Information Event Management
• Project Management (preferable Prince2, or PMBok)
• Knowledge of Identity Management solutions including
• Directory Architectures
• Provisioning
• Role model implementations (mining, modelling, management)
• Single Sign-On
• Provisioning workflows
• Auditing and reporting
• Development of custom code and custom drivers within IAM and ISM systems
• Programming Java and JavaScript
  

Other Requirements

• The area of responsibility covers Germany, Austria and Switzerland with the option for engagement in other European countries
• Frequent travel to customer sites
• Flexibility in working hours for project assignments
