An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated professional to join Catalent as The ERP Deployment lead. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Global ERP Processes, Standards and Governance), the ERP Deployment lead will drive and manage strategic ERP deployments across the organization coordinating with business and IT organizations. You will manage the reporting, status management, escalation of issues, stage gate management and communication for the ERP program.

A key aspect of the role will be managing consulting partners and supporting ERP project decisions. So the ability to communicate and manage relationships is a key part to being successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate clear, concise, and accurate statuses of ERP programs to project sponsors, steering committees, IT organization, deployment teams etc.

• Manage IT ERP deployments to ensure GXP and SOX compliant activities following Catalent’s project standards

• Management of project budget, timelines, work breakdown structure, resource requirements and project documentation

• Management of stage gate review process for ERP deployments

• Identify and resolve issues throughout the project life cycle

• Mentors team resources as on project management and standards topics

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of ERP Governance

• Identify and implement improvements in the ERP Deployment process

• Support ERP process improvement initiatives through Operations Excellence principals

The Candidate

Essential

• IT Deployment experience managing projects and programs with increasing complexity

• ERP Deployment experience in GXP and SOX compliant systems

• Experience with validation and change control development and management

• Bachelor’s degree

• Pharmaceutical or Life Science experience

Desirable

• Experience with JDE preferred

• Preferred PMP or relevant Project Management certifications
