Consultant in Otolaryngology with special interest in Skull Base Surgery/Neurotology Post

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the ENT department at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford. The post offers the opportunity to work as part of specialist teams providing tertiary care in the field of skull base surgery, neurotology and auditory implants.

The Oxford Skull Base Multidisciplinary Team is a dynamic team providing expert care for patients with all skull base pathology referred from Northamptonshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, & Wiltshire. https://www.ouh.nhs.uk/skullbase/

The post will also include contributing to the balance MDT service, the auditory implant MDT and potentially the NF2 and paraganglioma service. The post holder will be expected to contribute to the general ENT service as part of the departments commitment to providing high class secondary care to the local population.

Applicants should have established skills in General Otolaryngology with specialist training and experience in skull base surgery. A strong commitment to undergraduate and postgraduate teaching is essential and a research interest is desirable.
