Role Overview-
You will work closely with the Early Careers Manager to deliver the end to end recruitment process for early careers recruitment.
You will be involved in all activities , tracking applicant activity, responding to candidate queries through to co-ordinating recruitment and assessment events.
Key Accountabilities-
- Manage and deliver the end to end process for early careers
- Plan and deliver recruitment activites
- Building relationships with university careers services, professors and student societies
- Plan and execute all campus events logistics for milkround
- Work closely with TA marketing as part of the attraction strategy
- Screening and sourcing of candidates using ATS system
- Plan, manage, run assessment centres
- Maximise the value of the work experience programme as a source of talent into the business
- Project manage early careers programmes
- Experienced in the end to end process of graduate recruitment ideally within professional services
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Understanding of programme managing graduates
- Knowledge of multiple ATS systems
- Confident, can interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders
- Commercially focused and able to prioritise business critical activities
- Proactive, Flexible, and positive mind-set
- Passion for Graduate Recruitment
- Experienced with presentation delivery
- Proficient in Word, excel and PowerPoint
