Distribution Quality Manager, Health Hub

The Quality Manager will be required to:



  • Partner and build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, business partners and external suppliers.
  • Influence key business partners and stakeholders to ensure any risks to the Health Hub are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Be named as the second RP & RP(i) on the Health Hub’s WDA(H)
  • Report and escalate any compliance risks to the Global Quality Manager.
  • Responsible for the GDP Compliance of the Health Hub Quality management System to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements, Marketing Authorisation and Wholesaler Distribution Authorisation.
  • Responsible to support the management team to enable them to develop and implement the local Quality
Management System (QMS) to ensure fully compliant products and systems.
  • Provide leadership on continuous improvement projects, quality initiatives, etc. as established by corporate Quality Management.
  • Work with local functions to develop and maintain all relevant procedures in line with the requirements of the Global QMS & associated policies, relevant codes of practice and GDP.
  • Ensure that the QMS is maintained in a state of inspection readiness.
  • Change Management - Ensure a robust and effective change control system is in place to ensure business changes are effectively managed.
  • Training – Ensure an effective training system is in place for the business.

  • Experience working in a quality compliance function in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device related industry.
  • Experience in a Responsible Person role
  • Eligible to act as Responsible Person (import)
  • Influencing skills in areas with no direct reporting authority.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
