The Challenge

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of a driven team involved in assuring the UK Defence Training Estate(DTE) outputs are met and delivered via the service delivery of a National Total FM contract.

Though the role will be mainly focussed on Assurance and Contract management across a wide spectrum of Hard and Soft FM service delivery there will be at times the opportunity to support the Logistics and Operational Teams in delivering their objectives. Reactive tasks are frequent and the individual needs to be able to adapt to changing priorities and be able to work with a can-do approach but importantly always with a collaborative mindset.

This role provides the opportunity to work closely with a range of subject matter experts from Assurance, Contract Management, Logistics and Operations. It will give the individuals an exciting opportunity to use and develop their, and other colleagues, knowledge to better position DIO UK DTE to meet its commitment to compliance.

The role will be busy, requiring willingness and ability to learn quickly and eventually be highly influential across a range of business functions. It will provide frequent travel opportunities and allow ample opportunity for personal development.
