This is an exciting opportunity for a talented manager. The Estate Facility Manager (EFM) is a key role within DIO Midlands and the Service Delivery Area 14 structure. The role is key, high profile and challenging and will provide a sense of achievement in delivering effective hard and soft facility management at this establishment.

You have a critical role as an individual and semi-autonomous leader of the Gamecock Barracks delivery.

You will be responsible for the engagement and stakeholder management of your establishment and its customer representatives.

You will work in collaboration with the Industry Partners and other agencies to deliver key tasks including providing assurance of delivery and statutory compliance of the estate together with delivery of customer development tasks.

You will ensure that the industry partners are delivering the correct level of service against agreed indicators and enabling issue resolution to ensure that site-based delivery issues are resolved to maintain operational outputs against agreed contractual and timescale requirements.

You will work closely with the Senior Estate Facility Manager (SEFM), your immediate peers and the wider DIO community.

Whilst not a prerequisite, the role will benefit from prior experience in infrastructure management.

Desirable Experience & Skills

H&S, Estate Management or Services related qualifications & training.

Membership of IWFM or similar is desirable. DIO will normally pay annual subscription for membership of appropriate institutions that are recognised by HRMC.
