About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Training Manager to join the Library & Learning Services Team on a 6-month placement, covering maternity leave. The role sits within the Digital Learning Technology Division as the primary advocate for staff development and training. You will work closely with Learning Services colleagues, the HR Learning and Development Unit and the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT), to ensure that the Learning Services element of the programme meets the ongoing needs of the University.

About You
As Digital Training Manager, you will:
- Be a natural leader who successfully manages and influences colleagues through developing and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, enabling you to deliver exceptional customer care and represent the faculty/service area.
- Be a self-starter who works well as part of a team, independently and flexibly without need for direct supervision.
