Our client is an internationally recognised luxury goods dealer in the maritime sector, based in Warwickshire they are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team, your primary role will be to assist the Marketing Manager in promoting all products and services to ensure maximum exposure and coverage across all digital channels. The Digital Marketing Manager role plays a vital role in the business, being responsible for planning, content creation, measurement, and delivery across all of the company’s digital channels. If you’re a candidate who has an experienced Senior Marketer or an experienced Marketing Manager and you have demonstratable experience in delivering successful campaigns and possess a passion for Maritime this represents a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting business.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an overall digital and social media strategy in line with business and departmental objectives.
  • Plan, implement and measure results and ROI across all multi-channel marketing campaigns including (SEO, website, social media, email, AdWords and banner campaigns)
  • Plan, create and schedule social media posts working with colleagues from around the business to find and deliver engaging content.
  • Develop fresh and creative content for the company’s websites, ensuring all content is accurately prepared and planned to achieve SEO objectives.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly technical audits to ensure sites’ performance is optimised
  • Ongoing management of external Google Ads agency ensuring ad campaigns are performing.
  • Using your creative skills, write, design, manage and deliver a weekly schedule of marketing emails, using your analytical skills to measure and improve open and click-through rates.
  • Brief designers, copywriters, videographers and other external partners to produce content promptly.
  • Working with design agencies and outside content creators, be responsible for the production of our twice-yearly customer magazines for each of Princess and Argo Yachting.
  • Evaluate the success of all marketing activities and make any necessary improvements.
  • Consult with external agencies, designers and artwork providers as required.
  • Monitor financial expenditure to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Maintain effective liaison with all PMYS management team and colleagues.
  • Undertake all other tasks and responsibilities as requested by the Marketing Manager and CEO.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of Marketing Management experience or a Senior Marketing position
  • Demonstratable experience running and evaluating campaigns within a digital marketing function
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels – social media, Adwords, SEO, PPC, programmatic/retargeting, email marketing
  • Experience in working with high-value luxury products
  • Experience in designing and measuring email campaigns
  • Ability to produce engaging copy content for socials, websites & press functions
  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of all campaigns and recommend changes to improve future campaign plans
  • Organised, disciplined self-starter with the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in managing budgets
  • Strong attention to detail & a proactive approach
