We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join an established and well respected company located between Newark and Sleaford.

The successful candidate will be responsible for development of the sales and marketing strategy as well as its implementation.

Monday to Thursday 9-5.30, Friday 9-5 1hr lunch. Full time based in the office.

Salary is dependent upon skills, experience and qualification, Full time and part time considered. Holiday - 23 days plus BH. Increases by 1 day after 12 months service.

We see the main tasks of the role as follows but not limited to:

  • Identify key target areas for existing customers and new prospects.
  • Compose creative and engaging copy for websites, social media, PR, email campaigns and hard copy mailings.
  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Managing and record each step of the campaign, ensuring that all follow up actions are undertaken.
  • Interpret the results of all campaigns and adapt future Marketing Strategy accordingly.

We want to hear from individuals that has worked in a marketing manager role or someone who is ready for the next step in their marketing career.

The ability to write creative and engaging copy is essential, along with a good eye for details and an understanding of design. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate their ability to manage the feedback from any active campaign and develop appropriate responses whether this be electronic, hard copy or personal contact.

You will be proactive, able to spot target markets and develop future campaigns and be able to manage your time to ensure all appropriate deadlines are met
